		<description>I love the idea of &quot;goffy golf clubs&quot;.  I will be looking for a good opportunity to steal the idea.  
We once had a sales effort where the scorecard was like a golf card.  With a front nine (what the sales rep was to do) and the back nine (what we wanted the customer to do.)  Of course the job of the sales rep is to change/influence the behavior of the customer.  
As reinforcers for this effort we used things like: Par-B-Q, &quot;greens&quot; salad, &quot;tea&quot;s, trips to the virtual golf arcade, golf trading cards of famous players, and ultimately a round of golf on the course of your choice with your district manager as your caddy.  (This was for the 9-10-11 award.  9 out of your top 10 customers, get a 10% increase in business, by the end of the 11th month.) 

Thanks for your sharing Mike (and Janis).  Keep the stimulating ideas coming.
