How is your training different from that of other trainers and facilitators?

We teach practical skills that leaders can use immediately. Participants practice during the training so they can use their new skills the very next day with confidence – and they do!

Can you customize your training?

Yes. We routinely customize our training to meet the goals you want to achieve. We schedule in-depth conversations with you and up to three additional key people in your organization in order to design training, workshops, or retreats that will work for you.

What is your ideal group size?

For training and workshops, 10 to 14; for retreats, up to 24 is ideal. We will make exceptions based on your situation, and tailor our approach to ensure you get the most value for your time and money.

What will your services cost?

How long are your programs?

The most effective supervisor/manager training is 32-40 hours, taught in 4- to 8-hour blocks, separated by one or two weeks. We will work with your schedule for time of day, day of week, and intervals between sessions.

Can Janis Allen and Michael McCarthy work as a team for us?

Yes! We often combine the best of both our experience to develop a unique design for you, and to offer two perspectives in the training.

How do you measure success?

We measure success by determining the number of new skills participants use successfully on their jobs. In class, we discuss what has worked well for them and what hasn’t since the previous class.
